E-COMP, A Division of Granite Insurance Brokers is an independent agency that is looking for an Assistant Account Manager with experience working in an office setting who possesses strong administrative and computer skills, demonstrates initiative and the ability to work well with others in a team setting. This position will assist the E-COMP Service department and work collaboratively with fellow team members to achieve department goals.

As part of E-COMP’s Service team you will be working to provide customers with timely and quality service, supporting the company’s national pay-as-you-go workers’ compensation program with a strong focus on customer retention. You will be reviewing and accurately troubleshooting client service needs and assisting in the management of our clients’ insurance policies. On an as needed basis, you will also participate in various department or customer related projects. Your expertise within the workers’ compensation will grow quickly, learning the various rules and regulations that apply to each state that E-COMP writes business in.
